Make an omelette without breaking eggs, this is especially true for wood working machines. But it can get worse: Breaks in such a machine part or a tool, the cutting can cause the fragments to be ejected at high speed and injury.
Remedy creates a new, highly effective protection system for wood working machines for technical textiles, which have Vincenzo Forcillo by the Institute for Machine Tools (IfW), University of Stuttgart and Hermann Finckh by the Institute of Textile Technology and Process Engineering Denkendorf (ITV), developed jointly with industry. The research team was awarded the prize of € 5000 Otto von Guericke Prize of the Industry Research Alliance (AIF).
Germany is the world's largest manufacturer of woodworking machines, each year in this country built nearly 1,000 units. Thus, the serving staff is not hurt by hurling chips, the machines were previously equipped with protective curtains made from PVC. An adjustment of security standards for the wood processing in December 2009, however, means that the PVC curtains could no longer meet the requirements. To their machines to continue to deliver standards-compliant, manufacturers resorted to expedients of aramid fabric, but handle the difficult and, moreover, particularly for medium-sized companies were too expensive. The alternative to encapsulate the machine completely, would be a huge expense for many businesses financially and not to lift.

About Absorption Chiller
An absorption chiller is a refrigeration machine, in which, in contrast to the compression refrigeration machine compaction influenced by temperature of the refrigerant solution. This is also known as a thermal compressor. The refrigerant is absorbed into a solvent circuit at low temperature in a second material and desorbed at higher temperatures. In the process, the temperature dependence of the physical solubility of two materials is used. Prerequisite for the process is that the two substances are mutually soluble in the temperature interval used in any ratio.
The absorption refrigeration cycle is considered the oldest known industrial process refrigeration, and originally was a request for freezing the main reason why in 1755 to deal with the development of heat pumps. In the first experiments of William Cullen (born April 15, † February 5, 1790), a physician and chemist, water was frozen with the aid of a vacuum. A continuously operating whole process was not developed.

Materials Innovations for Industry and Society
A program of the Federal Ministry for Education and Research
New materials are the engine for new production processes and products. In addition, new materials make a significant contribution to cost reduction in production. After all, the share of material costs is the cost of production in the manufacturing industry, around 50 percent. Savings through the efficient use of resources can lead to considerable competitive advantage.

Worker village
Today worker village is a must for big companies. Especially if you are mine company kind, you must create non-permanent buildings.
Conditions where your workers eat or sleep is directly associated to your work quality. But if you are a miner company in example you must think that you may move if you can’t find anything where you dig.
